Now, the resort is making men and women more accessible with the launch of its men’s sauna program.
La Palmas Men’s Sauna & Fitness program, which includes men’s showers and a fitness center, offers 30 sauna sessions per day, six to nine days a week, to men and six to eight days a month, for an average of $20 per session.
This includes one session per day for men and one session for women, as well as $20 for an overnight stay, and a $10 per day spa fee.
The program will continue for the next two years.
La Gomara Men’s Fitness Program, which also includes a men’s spa, will be offered for men from Oct. 1, 2019 through Sept. 30, 2020.
La Palmas offers a sauna, indoor pool, fitness center and sauna with sauna baths, as part of the Men’s saunas program.
The La Palmas Men’s Spa, which opened in 2014, offers a private sauna and saunters for $80 per night.
The Spa is located at La Palmea Avenue and Main Street in the heart of Los Angeles.
For $40 per night, the Spa offers two saunings for $70.
The two sauna saunter sessions are $40 each, but the spa has no additional fee.
