Two people will share a sauna at a resort in the Caribbean island nation of Dominica.
The resort, known as the Paradise House, has a large indoor swimming pool and sauna with a full-service bar.
It opened in January.
But one of the guests, a man from France who declined to give his name, said he was turned away because of his age.
The other, a woman from the U.K., who wanted to remain anonymous, said that a hotel manager refused to give her a refund for the sauna she wanted.
She said she had not heard from the resort since.
Dominica is home to the world’s largest remaining tropical forest.
The country is a tourist hotspot and is also the home to a vast population of the world-famous golden hamsters.
It also hosts the Caribbean Club of the Americas, which hosts the 2016 Caribbean Winter Games.
The Paradise House is the second outdoor home to open in Dominica, after a luxury resort in Ponte Vedra, Fla., was opened in July.
